If you are new to Hypnotherapy or never had a session before, sign up for a 5 days FREE Education Email Course written by me. It walks you through all the things, to get the most out of your session. It will make your experience even more beautiful and relaxed.

To Prepare for Your Session

Wear comfortable clothing
Have an open mind – hypnosis is a natural state of relaxation
For QHHT sessions, avoid caffeine before your session and come with a list of questions

A deep-dive hypnosis experience that explores past lives, subconscious wisdom, and healing at a soul level.

  3. Higher Self Communication (30-45 mins) – Your Higher Self shares messages, healing, and guidance.
  4. Debrief (30 mins) – We review insights and provide an audio recording of the session. An email summarising your audio recording, high-level summary and action items from the session will be sent in the next 2 days.
