    I’ve intentionally kept these sessions simple and accessible — because rest shouldn’t feel like something you have to earn.

  • A live, guided relaxation space held on Zoom.

    You’ll be guided into a deeply calming state where your nervous system can settle, soften, and reset — without being pushed, analysed, or “worked on.”

    There’s no sharing.
    No spotlight.
    No expectation to feel anything in particular.

    You can join from your lounge, your bed, or anywhere you feel comfortable.
    Cameras off if you prefer.

    Sessions run for around 30–45 minutes, depending on what’s needed on the day.
