2. Booking and Payment

• Booking: Appointments can be booked online via our website or by contacting us directly.

• Payment: Payment is required at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and online payment platforms.

• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged in full.

3. Confidentiality

All information shared during hypnotherapy sessions is confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Honesty: Clients are expected to provide accurate information about their health and medical history.

• Participation: Clients are encouraged to actively participate in sessions and follow any recommended practices between sessions.

• Punctuality: Please arrive on time for your session. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session without a reduction in fees.

5. Therapist Responsibilities

• Professionalism: The therapist will conduct sessions with professionalism and respect.

• Safety: The therapist will create a safe and supportive environment for all sessions.

• Referrals: If the therapist believes that hypnotherapy is not appropriate for the client, a referral to another professional may be made.
